Welcome to Yak Attack. Who is lewlew? you may be wondering. I'm a woman who's dissatisfied with the current climate of security instead of freedom in America. I'm tired of being hassled by the Nanny State from the smallest of details, like honking a car horn, to the robbing of each citizen and calling it taxation. When I'm not getting red faced from frustration, I'm probably hanging out with my family (husband, 4 kids, dog cat, guinea pig), gardening, listening to music or watching a British comedy. Thanks, lewlew. Spent time with all my kiddos and their spouses and partners. Tremendously intense, as it happens only once or twice a year. It'll take us days to recover but I can't get this silly grin off my face. Hope you had a happy one, too.

We had a nice time, too. We went to my in-laws, and I didn't expect it to be that great, because my BIL and SIL aren't getting along. They held the peace, and so we all had a calm, relaxing visit. The fresh salmon was a bonus, too. My FIL caught it during the chinook run.
